Joseph Perez was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Perez. He died May 24, 1944 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
Sgt. Perez served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 673rd Bomber Squadron, 417th Bomber Group, Light and was MIA/KIA and awarded the Air Medal and Purple Heart.
