John Robert Paul was born Oct. 16, 1925 to Joseph Clarence and Bernadette Rose Kerney Paul. He died Jan. 13, 1991 and is buried in Calvary Cemetery, Webster City, IA.
Pvt. Paul served in World War II with the U.S. Marine Corps 5th Pioneer Battalion, 5th Marine Division and 2nd Pioneer Battalion, 2nd Marine Division.
