Lt. C. Boyd Okey


IN UNIFORM

First Lt. C. Boyd Okey, son of Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Okey, 3818 Fourth Avenue, is among Sioux Cityans recently given an honorable discharge at Santa Ana, California. He served 33 months as pilot of a B-25 bomber in New Guinea, Morotai and Luzon. He holds the air medal with two oak leaf clusters and Pacific theater ribbon with six battle stars. Okey is a graduate of East High School and attended the University of Iowa.
