Harry Fremont Nourse, son of Dr. And Mrs. Harry F. Nourse, 3158 Glenn Avenue, has completed his basic training at Great Lakes naval training station. He is rated as an electricians’ mate, third class, and has been appointed an instructor at the base.

Harry Fremont Nourse was born Jan. 12, 1910 to Harry F. and Harriett Chamberlain Nourse. He died Aug. 24, 1999 and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sioux City, IA.
Harry served with the U. S. Navy in World War II.
