IN UNIFORM

John E. Neswick, aviation machinist’s mate third class, navy reserve, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Neswick, 3103 Correctionville Road, and Thomas J. Corrigan, seaman first class, 115 W. First Street, are serving on the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Yorktown, which is assigned to the Japanese occupation forces. The Yorktown climaxed a war career of 36 major Pacific operations by standing off Japan and sending her planes over the U.S.S. Missouri as the surrender terms were being signed.
