Raymond Lee Neff was born Aug. 12, 1914 to Clyde V. and Lula Cyphers Neff. He died Apr. 1, 1945 and is buried in Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL.
Sgt. Neff served in World War II with the 90th Quartermaster Co., 96th Division and was KIA in the European Theatre of Operations.
