Richard Leo Mulroney was born Aug. 5, 1922 to Leo J. and Jennie M. Agnew Mulroney. He died Aug. 19, 1944 and is buried in Saint Johns Catholic Cemetery, Emmetsburg, IA.
Lt. Mulroney served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps at Bluethenthal Field, Wilmington, NC where he died as the result of an airplane crash.
