Jonas Richard Mulford was born Dec. 17, 1921 to Arthur Richard and Esther Marie Conrad Mulford. He died May 13, 1942 and is buried in Union Cemetery, Iowa Falls, IA.
Lt. Mulford served in World War Ii with the U.S. Army Air Corps as a pilot instructor and died as the result of injuries incurred in an airplane accident at Elgin Field, FL.
