Pfc. Harold E. Mueller

 


 

IN UNIFORM

Pfc. Harold E. Mueller, a prisoner of war for six months, has reported to the army ground and service forces redistribution station, Hot Springs, Ark., for reassignment. Pvt. Mueller, whose wife, Mary, lives at 611 Pearl Street, was recently home on a 60-day furlough. He was a combat infantryman in Holland and wears the European theater ribbon.

Harold E. Mueller was born Sept. 12, 1922 to Albert and Ida Mueller. He died July 28, 2012 and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sioux City, IA.

Harold served in World War II with the U.S. Army and was a POW. He also served in Korea.
