Charles Edward McKibben was born Oct. 16, 1926 to Harry and Rachel Wood Southwick McKibben. He died Sept. 26, 1961 and is buried in Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, Phoenix, AZ.
Petty Officer Mckibben served in World War II with the U.S. Navy.
