To Receive Wings

Darrell Eugene McEntaffer, Sioux City, who has been taking an advanced training flying course at Lake Field, Arizona, will receive his wings July 25, according to word received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William McEntaffer, 1603 Sioux Trail.

Army Airman

Darrell E. McEntaffer, son of Mr. and Mrs. William McEntaffer, 1603 Sioux Trail, has completed successfully the air force advanced flying school training at Luke field, Phoenix, Arizona according to word received here. Darrell is a former student at Morningside College.

Our Men In Service

Lieut. Darrell E. McEntaffer, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. William McEntaffer, 1603 Sioux Trail, has completed his advance combat training at Dale Mabury field, Tallahassee, Florida. Lieut. McEntaffer enlisted in the army air corps January 2, 1942. He is a graduate of East High School and attended Morningside College where he was a member of Phi Sigma Iota fraternity.
