RETURNS TO STATES

Maynard F. McCollough, CM3/c, is enjoying a 30-day leave here at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell McCollough, after being stationed in the British Isles for the past 21 months. On completion of his leave he will return to Camp Endicott, R. I., where his new address will be: Maynard F. McCollough, CM 3/c, C.B. 29, Co. C, Plat. 4, Camp Endicott, Davisville, R.I.

Another son of the McColloughs, Cpl. Lyle D. McCollough, has returned to Camp Van Doren, Miss., after a 20-day furlough at home. He enlisted in the army in February, 1943, and was stationed for a time in California with a camouflage battalion. His present address is: Cpl. Lyle D. McCollough, H. & S. Co. 605 Eng. (Cam) Bn., Camp Van Doren, Miss.

Russell L. McCollough, a third member of the family, has enlisted in the navy and is now taking his boot training at Camp Waldron, Farragut, Idaho. His address is: Russell L. McCollough, AS, Co. 681-44, U.S.N.T.C., Camp Waldron, Farragut, Idaho.

Maynard Franklin McCullough was born Jan. 29, 1921. He died Dec. 27, 2002 and is buried in Woolstock Cemetery, Woolstock, IA.
