John Clark Lowell was born Oct. 10, 1923 to Calvin Allen and Clara Irene Miltonberger Lowell. He died Oct. 11, 2002 and is buried in the Caucus-Morro Bay District Cemetery, Cayucos, CA.
Lt. Lowell served with the U.S. Army in World War II. He taught a course in 50 caliber machine gun and anti-aircraft theory at Camp Coxcomb, Cal.
John served with the U.S. Army from 1942-1962.
