MEN IN SERVICE
Private T. K. Lieb, son of Mr. and Mrs. G.A. Lieb, 1208 Jones Street, has finished “boot” training in the Marine Corps and now is attending a bombardier and gunnery school at El Centro, Cal. A brother, Private Joseph H. Lieb of the Marine Corps is “somewhere in the Pacific” with a squadron that was famous at Wake Island.

Joseph Henry Lieb was born Dec. 8, 1921 to Gerhardt A. and Ida R. Sauer Lieb. He died Feb. 4, 2006.
