Lawrence Floyd Leopold was born Feb. 4, 1915 to Lawrence Dell and Bertha Hazel Clabaugh Leopold. He died May 17, 1986 and is buried in Graceland Cemetery, Webster City, IA.

Lawrence served with the U.S. Navy in World War II.

Lawrence (Bud) Leopold, 71, longtime Webster City resident, died Saturday, May 17, at Trinity Regional Hospital where he was a patient for four days.

Private services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Foster Funeral Home with Robert Scott officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Graveside flag folding services will be conducted by American Legion Post 191.

Lawrence F. Leopold, son of Lawrence and Bertha Clabaugh Leopold was born Feb. 4, 1915, at Webster City. He graduated from Webster City High School and served two years in the South Pacific in World War II with the Navy.

He is survived by his mother, Bertha Ferrell of Webster City.

He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers.

Mr. Leopold was a member of the American Legion Post 191.
