Jurgen George Krohnke was born Nov. 9, 1918 to George and Bessie Krohnke. He died Sept. 20, 1944 and is buried in Henri-Chapelle Cemetery, Hombourg, Belgium.
Sgt. Krohnke served in World War II with the U.S. Army 126th Cavalry Reconnaissance Squadron and was KIA in Holland and was awarded the Purple Heart.
