Lester Edward Knickerbocker was born Oct. 9, 1906 to Gesley and Clara Knickerbocker. He died July 24, 1987 and is buried in Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, CA.
Lester served with the U.S. Navy in World War II aboard the USS LST 817.
