Kenneth J. Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael A. Jones, 3701 Virginia street, a senior at Trinity high school, has enlisted at the Kansas City naval aviation cadet selection board as an apprentice seaman in the naval reserve.

Kenneth J. Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael A. Jones, 3701 Virginia street, was graduated recently from the Naval technical training center at Norman, Okla. He studied the aviation specialty field, and is eligible to earn a petty officer rate. He now is awaiting orders either to sea or to a naval base.
