Arnold Edwin Johnson was born May 1, 1920 to John A. and Emma Alida Borg Johnson. He died Dec. 24, 1944 and is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupre, Belgium.

Pvt. Johnson served in World War II with the U.S. Army 509th Parachute Infantry Battalion and was MIA/FOD/KIA in Belgium in the Battle of the Bulge. He was awarded the Purple Heart with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters.
