William E. Jackson, Jr. former science instructor in Sioux City schools was commissioned a second lieutenant on graduation from the aviation meteorology cadets’ course at the army weather school at Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. William E. Jackson, Early, Iowa.
