Lt. Jasper McClancy Inman, Jr.

 

 

 

Jasper McClancy Inman, Jr. was born Apr. 14, 1922 to Jasper McClancy (Sr.) and Gertrude Hildreth Inman. He die Feb. 17, 1945 and is buried in Epinal American Cemetery and Memorial, Epinal, Lorraine, France.

Lt. Inman served with the U.S. Army 274th Infantry, 70th “Trailblazer" Division, Co. C in World War II and was KIA in when his division was attacked just below the Saar River. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
