Arlen Orville Hougland was born Aug. 17, 1920 to Hans Ole and Christena Tomena Wicks Hougland. He died Jan. 28, 2006 and is buried in Fairview Cemetery, Story City, IA.
Arlen served with the U.S. Marine Corps in World War II.
