Forrest Gilman Hoag was born Jan. 10, 1917 to H. E. and Florence Hoag. He died Mar. 15, 1952 and is buried in the Bloomfield IOOF Cemetery, Bloomfield, IA.
Pvt. Hoag served with the U.S. Army in World War II with the 168th Infantry, 34th Division.
