Earle Sylvester Hermanson was born Apr, 8, 1908 to Sever and Cecelia McCormack Hermanson. He died Nov. 12, 1944 and is buried in the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Manila, Philippines.
Sgt. Hermanson served with the U.S. Army Air Corps with the 499th Bomb Squadron, 345th Bomb Group(M). He was KIA and awarded a Purple Heart.
