S/Sgt. Lloyd Russell Hennick



Fort Lewis, Washington – Men wounded in the battles of the Belgium bulge, the drives against the Siegfried line and all along the German border have arrived in Madigan general hospital here, Col. W.G. Jenkins, commanding officer has announced.

Listed according to home states the new arrivals include;

Iowa – Pvt. Howard L. Burns, Coon Rapids, S. Sgt. Lloyd Russell Hennick, Estherville; Pvt. Glen Montange, 1701 Isabella Street, Sioux City; Pfc. Dale E. Smith, Cedar Rapids; T. Sgt. Earl L. Waddell, Charles City.

Lloyd Russell Hennick was born June 25, 1921 to Clarence J. and Etta B. Henderson Hennick. He died June 13, 1953 and is buried in Mountain View Memorial Park, Lakewood, WA.
