Frank John Helberg was born Nov. 23, 1915 to John and Erma D. Longley Helberg. He died Aug. 14, 1944 and is buried in Brittany American Cemetery, Saint James, France.
Sgt. Helberg served in World War II with the U.S. Army Infantry and died of wounds received in action in France and was awarded the Purple Heart.
