Raymond Howard Harris was born Dec. 10, 1910 to Charles Wesley and Mary Lucinda Prine Harris. He died Sept. 1944 and is buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, Hombourg, Belgium and is memorialized in Fremont Cemetery, Clarke Co., IA.
Sgt. Harris served in World War II with the U.S. Army and was KIA in Germany and was awarded the Purple Heart.
