Leon Tillman Hanson was born Sept. 22, 1918 to William and Minnie Hanson. He died Dec. 6, 1944 and is buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery and Memorial Henri-Chapelle, France.
Pvt. Hanson served in World War II with the U.S. Army 415th Infantry, 104th Division and was KIA in Germany and awarded the Purple Heart.
