Elwood Day Geesaman was born about 1908 to C. Sylvester and Cora Belle Marsh Geesaman. He died Dec. 22, 1944 and is buried in Luxembourg American Cemetery, Luxembourg.
Pvt. Geesaman served in World War II with the U.S. Army 357th Infantry Regiment, 90th Infantry Division and was KIA and awarded the Purple Heart.
