Two Brothers Have Reunion Here After Year in Service

Two brothers who haven’t seen each other for more than a year are having a brief reunion in the home of their parents Mr. and Mrs. O. M. Farb, 1308 S. Alice Street.

The first boy to come home was Petty Officer Third Class Harlan M. Farb, stationed on convoy duty out of New York, who arrived home Sunday morning. His parents did not know he was coming until he telephoned then from the railroad station that he had arrived.

His brother, Staff Sergeant Robert C. Farb, chief radio operator at the Army air base, Lincoln, Nebr. arrived in Sioux City Monday night on a three-day pass. Sergeant Farb’s pass was arranged after he had received a wire from his brother stating he was coming to Sioux City on leave.
