Frank Elbert Elliott was born July 31, 1924 to Fred and May Needham Elliott. He died Apr. 5, 2005 and is buried in Graceland Cemetery, Webster City, IA.

Dr. Elliott served with the U.S. Navy in World War II.

Dr. Frank E. Elliott, 80, of Webster City, passed away in his sleep Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center, with Pastor Louese Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday and prior to services Saturday at Fosters.

Frank Elbert Elliott, son of Fred and May Needham Elliott was born on July 31, 1924 at Chicago, Illinois. He received his education from the Lamoni Community Schools. He served in the United States Navy during W W II, receiving an honorable discharge. While in the Navy, he studied electrical engineering. On June 29, 1945, he married Alice Roberta Cole at Lamoni. He then attended Logan College of Chiropractic, graduating in 1949. Dr. Elliott practiced chiropractic care in Clarion, Webster City and Duncombe. He retired from his practice on his 80th birthday.

He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Toy Elliott, Leslie and Connie Elliott, all of Webster City, Brian and Sue Elliott, Keith and Jamie Elliott, all of Atlantic, Jeff and Chris Elliott of Indianapolis, IN, daughters and son-in-law, Marla Elliott of Webster City, Diane and Ron Lentz of Dows, Barb Clemmer of Santa Clara, CA, 23 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, brother, Jim Elliott of Florissant, MO, sister, Margaret Heidi of Independence, MO.

Dr. Elliott was preceded in death by his wife, Alice, a son, Steve Elliott, granddaughter, Lisa Miller; brother, John Elliott and his parents.
