Robert Carlton Doil was born Aug. 6 1922 to Ray C. and Ida Mae Doil. He died Jan. 28, 1944 and is buried in Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy.
Sgt. Doil served in World War II with the U.S. Army 168th Infantry, 34th Division and was KIA in Italy and awarded the Purple Heart.
