Arthur De Koter, SN 37776973, was born May 10, 1926 at Ruthton, Minnesota. He lived at Box 17, Maurice, Iowa prior to entering the army on Oct. 23, 1944 at Fort Snelling, Minn. He left for foreign service on Aug. 12, 1945 and returned on June 23, 1946. He was honorably discharged on June 26, 1946. His application for bonus pay was filed on May 16, 1949, and he received $235.00 bonus pay.
