S/Sgt. Phillip J. Curran

 

 

MEN and WOMEN IN SERVICE

Staff Sergeant Phillip J. Curran, who returned recently from service outside the continental United States, now is being processed through the army air forces redistribution station at Miami Beach, where his next assignment will be recommended. He was awarded the air medal and eight oak leaf clusters. Sergeant Curran, 32, a B-26 gunner, flew 40 missions during one year in the Mediterranean area. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Curran 1113 19th Street.
