Lt. Col. Clair Thomas Cullinan

Clair Thomas Cullinan was born Sept. 27, 1920. He died Dec. 17, 1967 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Clarion, IA.

Lt. Col. Cullinan served with the U.S. Air Force in World War II and Korea. In WWI he was a P-47 Thunderbolt fighter-bomber pilot and flight commander. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal with 18 Oak Leaf Clusters and the Presidential Distinguished Unit Badge.

John Chester Cullinan was born Dec. 23, 1917. He died June 25, 1980. He was a Tech Sergeant with the U.S. Army in World War II. He served with the 252nd Field Artillery of the 9th Army. He was awarded two Bronze Battle Stars.

Robert C. Cullinan was born in 1925. He served with the U.S. Army Air Corps and was later activated in the Army Signal Corps and served in Korea.
