Everett Elmer Culbertson was born Jan. 24, 1913 to Ellis E. and Flora Vashta Bellon Culbertson. He died Sept. 19, 1944 and is buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery and Memorial, Henri-Chapelle, Liege, Belgium.
Sgt. Culbertson served in World War II with the U.S. Army 81st Tank Battalion, 5th Armored Division and was MIA/KIA in Germany. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
