Harold Vance “Sport” Christy was born Apr. 22, 1924 to Oral Vance and Alma Orvetta Baker Christy. He died Feb. 2, 1945 and is buried in Bloomfield IOOF Cemetery.
Pvt. Christy served in World War II with the U.S. Army Co. B, 35th Infantry, 25th Division and was KIA on Luzon, the Philippines.
