William Robert Carter was born Oct. 26, 1926 to William Louis and Martha Mussett Carter. He died Aug. 5, 2010 and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sioux City, IA.
William served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Shenandoah (AD-26).
