Thomas Joseph “Tom” Carroll was born Feb. 26, 1919. He died Feb. 15, 2007 and is buried in Saint Andrews Catholic Cemetery, Sibley, IA.
Dr. Carroll served in World War II with a field artillery unit, later transferring to a medical unit. He was recalled to service with the U.S. Air Force as a medical officer during the Korean War, serving in Japan.
