Raymond Franklin Campbell was born Feb. 9, 1917 to James Franklin and Emma Hazel Noll Campbell. He died Sept. 15, 1941 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Emmetsburg, IA.
Pvt. Campbell served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and died in an auto accident while enroute home for a vacation.
