Elmer V. Bunyard was born Sept. 11, 1907 to William and Angeline Bunyard. He died Apr. 16, 1945 and is buried in Florence American Cemetery, Impruneta, Italy.
Pvt. Bunyard served in World War II with the U.S. Army Co. G, 363rd Infantry Regiment, 91st Infantry Division and was KIA in Italy and awarded the Purple Heart.
