Air Corps Ensign
Recently commissioned an ensign in the naval air corps, John McArthur Baker, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Baker, Wirick Apartments, is home on a short leave before reporting for active duty. Ensign Baker has been in training at the naval air base at Corpus Christi, Texas. He attended the University of Iowa and received primary and secondary training at the University of Omaha.
