Kenneth Wayne Butler was born Oct. 15, 1914 to Charles William and Orpha Esther Ray Butler. He died July 9, 1942 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, North Africa American Cemetery, Tunis, Tunisia.

Lt. Butler served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and was MIA and awarded the Air Medal and Purple Heart.
