Duane LeVerne Britson was born Jan. 17, 1924 to Milford J. and Emma Handeland Britson. He died Nov. 28, 1986 and is buried in Graceland Cemetery, Racine, WI.
Duane served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Wake Island (CVE-65).
