Charles Otis Boal was born July 16, 1920 to Orrell Delbert and Bessie Fay Fenton Boal. He died July 16, 1944 and is buried in Normandy American Cemetery, Colleville-sur-Mer, France.
Pvt. Boal served in World War II with the U.S. Army 320th Infantry Regiment, 35th Infantry Division and was KIA in France. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
