Robert McKinley Bliss was born Feb. 4, 1916 to Ralph Kenneth and Ethel Eveleth McKinley Bliss. He died Mar. 12, 1994 and is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Grundy Center, IA.
Lt. Bliss served in World War II with the U.S. Army 104th and 69th Divisions.
