Rex Lawvo Blankenship was born Nov. 13, 1911 to William Edward and Harriet Victoria White Blankenship. He died Jan. 31, 2006 and is buried in Floral Hills East Memorial Gardens, Lees Summit, MO.
Petty Officer served in World War II with the U.S. Navy Seabees 56th Naval Construction Battalion.
