Allen Forrest Bisbey was born Apr. 3, 1926 to Elmer and Ruth Schwaubbauer Bisbey. He died Dec. 20, 2006 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Clarion, IA.
Sgt. Bisbey was a B-24 aerial gunner on missions over Northern Apennines, Rhineland and Central Europe.
