Franklin Robbins Bever was born Aug. 31, 1922 to Frank N. and Leah M. Robbins Bever. He died Apr. 18, 1999 and is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Grundy Center, IA.
Cpl. Bever served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II with the 1304 base unit.
