Charles William Baylor was born Jan. 14, 1915 to John Clinton and Florence Eva Miller Baylor. He died Aug. 4, 1944 and is buried in Normandy American Cemetery, Colleville-sur-Mer, France.
Pvt. Baylor served in World War II with the U.S. Army 134th Infantry Regiment, 35th Infantry Division and was KIA in the European area and awarded the Purple Heart.
